The Spirit of YVOTY
We are not fragile.
We are flowers that bloom through stone.
We are warriors who walk with weight.
We carry more than burdens.
We carry power.
The Strength of the Flower Should Not Go Unnoticed.
YVOTY (pronounced ee-vo-té) is a Guaraní word, from an Indigenous language of South America, meaning flower.
At first glance, a flower seems delicate. But look closer and you’ll see its true nature: resilient, adaptive, and strong enough to bloom through stone. Strong enough to stand tall in wind and storm. Deep in the jungle, it finds a way not just to survive, but to thrive.
That is the spirit of YVOTY.
We believe women in midlife embody that same strength. Graceful, yet unshakable. Quiet, yet unyielding. Powerful in ways the world too often overlooks. YVOTY exists to help women reclaim that power—by carrying it forward.
The Warrior Vest is a weighted vest designed specifically for women. But it’s more than gear. It’s a symbol. Like the flower, women embody both grace and resilience. And like the warrior, they move forward with intention and purpose. And we do it together.
A return to resilience. A reminder that you are stronger than you know. Stronger than you’ve been told. Because strength is not just physical. It’s mental, emotional, and spiritual.
And when women walk with weight, they carry more than burdens. They carry life. They carry each other. They carry power.
